Return and Refund Policy

• You have 14 days to return the products sold after receipt. Shipping costs will be added through the returns in your customer account or by calling customer service at 015 565 28 866 or via email at estore@daralfaqih.com.

• If the item is defective, does not work properly, does not match the description on the site, is fake, or was received damaged as a result of transportation and shipment, you have the right to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt for free. The value of the item will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 working days.

• When returning the product, make sure that all accessories and labels for the order are in their proper condition and that the product is in its original packaging in the correct condition in which it was received. The package should be factory sealed (in the case of replacement within 14 days), including any gifts or exceptional accessories that were part of the offer. If you created a password for the device that you want to return, please ensure it is removed; otherwise, the request may not be completed correctly. For products that show manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase, they must be returned with all inclusions, labels, and packaging in their original condition as received.

• Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Damaged Products (excluding transportation damage)
  • Products that are not in their original packaging
  • Products that do not include all accessories
  • Unsealed products from the following product groups

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If you cancel an order before the product has been shipped, please note that the refund process may take up to 30 days from the date of your refund request.

• If you cancel an order after the product has been shipped, the refund will be processed once the product is returned to us in its original condition. The refund process may take up to 14 working days from the date we receive the returned product. Please note that any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded, and return shipping costs may apply.
